Are you passionate about keeping machinery running smoothly? We’re searching for a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in maintaining and repairing heavy equipment so our jobs stay on track and downtime is minimized.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic)
- Perform preventative maintenance and keep equipment job-ready
- Handle repairs in the shop and in the field
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanically minded problem-solver who can work without constant direction
- Communicates when something isn’t right and asks questions when needed
- Takes pride in doing quality, ethical work
- Ag background and equipment experience preferred
What Success Looks Like
- Equipment is ready to run every day
- Downtime is minimized through proactive maintenance
- Problems are identified early and handled the right way
What You’ll Have Access To
- Heated shop with floor drains
- Fully equipped fabrication setup
- Welders, torch, and hoist for vehicle work
The Work
- Mix of shop and field work with seasonal workload
- No required weekends, overtime available
