Core Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary by season but may include:
- Electric fence construction
- Fence, water, equipment, and facility maintenance
- Monitoring pasture conditions
- Monitoring animal health and body condition
- Equipment operation (experience preferred, not required)
- Low-stress animal handling and livestock care
- Supporting daily ranch systems and season priorities

Compensation & Structure
- Competitive daily rate based on experience
- Housing provided, if needed
- Full-time, temporary position, starting as soon as possible, no later than June 1
- Must have vehicle
- **Must have valid driver’s license and pass a background check
